Maria, Rosi and Tonda the bear...

were my Sister Andrea´s beloved Childhood toys she kept carefully for all the years...

Now they live at my house because we lost Andrea forever at the end of July...

Andrea at the age of 2 years Christmas eve 1965 with Maria. I think she was her first doll.

I´m still so very sad, sometimes kind of speechless and i guess it´ll take me some more time to handle this. So i´m not in the mood to write little Lundby stories I just try to get back to something normal.

I´ll be back and this toy blog will move on - promised! ...but not at the moment.

I am so sorry to hear this, Nicola. I had wondered how you were, if your shoulder was bad, and if you were sick yourself. I can't imagine what it would be like to lose my sister - I am very sad for you. Hugs and warm thoughts from Darwin xxx

Oh Nicola, how terrible, I'm so sorry to hear about your sister!
I have thought of you and wondered if something had happened since you stayed away for so long, but never imagined something like this! I can't imagine how you must feel, and I wish there was something I could say or do to comfort you! Please let me know if there is!
Maria, Rosi and Tondi are wonderful, she must have taken really good care of them and loved them very much. It's amazing Maria look so well considering Andrea got her when she was only two years old! So good that they now have found a loving home with you as a cherished memory of your sister!

Lots of love and hugs

Dear Nicola, we are all in this together. You are not alone because what you are experiencing is what it means to be human. We are here for a small amount of time, how wonderful you sister had that doll and was loved by you. C

I am saddened with you. God must have had a good reason that we don't understand. Cherish the memories no matter how painful. You have always been in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless Nicola.

Oh Nicola, so awful to loose your lovely sister, a close relative dying is always so very hard and there is never any predicting how long it takes to learn to live with that loss. Even after 26 years certain music played at my mother's funeral is still very hard for me to listen to, let alone perform (which happened the other day in concert I played in).

I can see your sister cherished her Maria, Rosi and Tondi, as of course you will too.

So good to hear from you. I am a member of the We Love Lundby club and actually found your mailing address on the roster. Today I mailed you a card at the Post Office and then when I got home later I saw your note on my blog. AAAaaawww... I think of you often and hope it's going better and well for you. Hugs, Amy
